The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office has arrested three teenagers suspected in the break-in and vandalization of Bonny Eagle High School, discovered early Tuesday.
Arrested were Cullen Dumbrocyo, 19, of Standish; Ronny Head, 18, of Buxton; and Jonathan Betancourt, 18, of Standish.
The department said all three are former Bonny Eagle High School students and have been charged with burglary, theft and criminal mischief. Cash bail has been set at $500 for Betancour,t but no bail is allowed on the other two.
They have been assigned a Cumberland County Unified Court date in June, according to the sheriff department’s Facebook page.
“It should be noted that this incident has no apparent connection to and was not motivated by the recent events involving the school district, the superintendent, and/or his family,” the department also reported on its Facebook page.
The incident canceled classes at the high school Tuesday.
