Community meal – Thursday, March 6, noon, Westbrook-Warren Congregational Church, 810 Main St., Westbrook. Chicken and gravy. Suggested donation $5.

Friday lunch – Friday, March 7, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., North Yarmouth Congregational Church, 3 Gray Road, North Yarmouth. Homemade haddock chowder, desserts, grilled sandwiches and a monthly special. Take out available. All proceeds benefit the church’s local and global community.

Haddock dinner – Friday, March 7, 5-6:30 p.m., St. Anne’s Church, 299 Main St., Gorham. Sponsored by St. Anne’s Council of Knights of Columbus. Baked haddock, mashed potatoes, peas, cole slaw, dinner roll, beverage and homemade dessert. $9, $5.

Bean supper – Saturday, March 8, 5-6 p.m. Westbrook-Warren Congregational Church, 810 Maine St., Westbrook. Two kinds of baked beans, hot dogs, cole slaw, American chop suey, bread & butter, pickles, homemade pies, and beverages. $8, $3.

Breakfast buffet – Saturday, March 8, 7:30-10 a.m., West Cumberland United Methodist Church parish hall, corner of Blackstrap and Upper Methodist roads, Cumberland. Pancakes, scrambled eggs, baked beans, ham, sausage, muffins, fresh fruit and juice, coffee and tea. $6.50, $3. Takeout available.

Legion spaghetti supper – Saturday, March 8, 4:30-6:30 p.m., First Parish Congregational Church, Center Road, Lebanon. Sponsored by Lebanon American Legion Post 214. All-you-can-eat spaghetti, bread, salad, beans, hot dogs, homemade pies and cakes. $7.

VFW dinner – Wednesday, March 12, 5-6:30 p.m., VFW Post 832, 50 Peary Terrace, South Portland. Pot roast, mashed potatoes, veggies, and dessert. $7.

Free meal – Wednesday, March 12, 5:30-6 p.m., My Place Teen Center, 755 Main St., Westbrook. Sponsored in collaboration with Wayside Food Programs and hosted by Trinity Lutheran Church at the teen center. Use the Foster Street entrance. Handicapped accessible.
