Best of Best contest winners celebrated

More than 100 people celebrated the 2014 Readers Choice Contest Best of Best winners at the Genest showroom on Enterprise Drive in North Windham on Wednesday evening, April 16.

On April 4, more than 180 awards, divided into 60 categories, were announced in the annual Lakes Region Weekly Best of Best Readers Choice Contest, with some businesses, such as the Umbrella Factory Outlet in Naples, winning in multiple categories.

The celebration was held in conjunction with the Sebago Lake Region Chamber of Commerce’s monthly business break, which provides a networking opportunity for local businesses.

Abe Wilmot and Kathleen Wilmot, owners of Windham Jewelers, won Best Jewelry Store. The Spring Meadows Golf & Country Club was voted 3rd Best Golf Course and 2nd Best Wedding Location.
