Bridgton

Branden L. Cormiea, 26, of Bridgton was found guilty on a charge of theft by deception in Bridgton Oct. 12, and was fined $500. He was found guilty on a charge of criminal mischief and was fined $250.

Kenneth Covey, 61, of Bridgton was found guilty by default on a charge of allowing a dog to be at large in Bridgton June 21, 2007 and was fined $75. He was also found guilty on a charge of keeping a dangerous dog and was fined $200.

Nichols Durgin, 20, of Sweden was found guilty on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit in Bridgton Oct. 31, and was fined $500.

Shannon A. Farrell, 20, of Bridgton paid by waiver a fine of $100 for a minor possessing liquor in Naples Dec. 31.

Marion A. Gesimondo, 43, of Bridgton was found guilty on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Bridgton Nov. 7, and was fined $300.

Stephen B. Glasgow, 34, of Denmark was found guilty by default on a charge on a charge of possession of marijuana in Bridgton July 26, 2007 and was fined $350.

Paul J. Grenier, 23, of Bridgton was found guilty n a charge of operating under the influence in Bridgton July 19, 2007 and was fined $500, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 14 days and had license suspended for 90 days. He was also found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized use of property and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 14 days.

Sylvain Jeanson, 47, of Valcourt was found guilty on a charge of Rule Violation, operation with false duty in Bridgton March 4, 2007 and was fined $750.

Jeremy David Littlefield, 20, of Sebago was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Bridgton Oct. 19, and was fined $250.

Angelic Macut, 20, of Bridgton was found guilty by default on a charge of a minor possessing liquor in Bridgton Nov. 21, and was fined $200.

Jeffrey Aaron Swecker, 18, of Bridgton was found guilty on a charge of a minor possessing liquor in Bridgton Oct. 31, and was fined $200.

David B. Yost, 36, of Bridgton had a charge of assault in Bridgton Oct. 25, dismissed.

Michael Edward Bradshaw, 35, of Bridgton had charges of assault and obstructing report of crime in Bridgton on Aug. 31, 2006 both dismissed.

David A. Coots, 49, of East Bridgewater, Mass. was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Bridgton on Oct. 2, 2007 and was fined $750, sentenced to Androscoggin County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 90 days.

Joshua A. Haley, 19, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Bridgton on March 12, 2007 and was fined $250.

Adam Vigliotta, 24, of Bridgton was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Bridgton on Aug. 21, 2007 and was fined $350, restitution $155.

Tina L. Richardson, 33, of Bridgton was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Brownfield on Oct. 18, 2007 and was fined $250.

Michael F. Fortin, 48, of Casco requested a jury trial on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit in Bridgton on Dec. 17, 2007.

Marc. L. Lev, 47, of Harrison had transferred to another court charges of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, acquiring drugs by deception, aggravated forgery and impersonating a public servant in Bridgton on Feb. 14, 2008.

The Grounds Crew, LLC of Falmouth was found guilty on a charge of failing to produce proof of inspection commercial in Bridgton on Jan. 17, 2008 and was fined $100.

Casco

Aaron D. Berry, 19, of Casco was found guilty on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license-cond/restric in Casco on Dec. 23, 2007 and was fined $400. He was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger and was fined $600 and had license suspended for 30 days. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.

Daniel Craffey, 51, of Casco paid by waiver a fine of $100 for Rule Violation, operated by unqualified driver in Naples on Jan. 17, 2008. He paid by waiver a fine of $500 for failing to produce proof of inspection commercial .

Michael F. Fortin, 48, of Casco requested a jury trial on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit in Bridgton on Dec. 7, 2007.

Pamela York, 28, of Casco was found guilty on a charge of negotiating a worthless instrument in Casco on May 14, 2007 and was fined $200, restitution $200.

Russell Remington, 39, of Casco was found guilty on a charge of assault in Casco on April 17, 2007 and was fined $300 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days.

Dana Rowe, 21, of Casco was found guilty on a charge of operating an unregistered snowmobile in Casco on Jan. 5, 2008 and was fined $100.

Stacey F. Stanley, 23, of Raymond had a charge of operating after suspension in Casco on April 21, 2003.

Aaron E. Chute, 30, of South Casco was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Casco Nov. 21, and was fined $850, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 7 days and had license suspended for 90 days.

Meliossa L. Corey, 36, of Casco paid by waiver a fine of $250 for operating while license was suspended or revoked in Casco on Nov. 30, 2006.

Angela Linscott, 22, of Casco was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Casco Oct. 26, and was fined $700, sentenced to Cumberland County jail for 48 hours and had license suspended for 90 days, must pay restitution of $1,685.

Matthew J. Pillar, 20, of Casco was found guilty on a charge of passing a stopped school bus in Casco Dec. 4, and was fined $250.

Gray

John Percy Cormier, 39, of Gray was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Raymond on Dec. 15, 2007 and was fined $850 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Dustin L. Googins, 24, of Gray requested a jury trial on a charge of assault in Raymond on Oct. 25, 2003.

Naples

Jeffrey Adams, 42, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana in Naples Dec. 20, and was fined $350.

Robert Belliveau, 43, of Sebago had a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Naples Aug. 16, was dismissed.

Samuel L. Brown, 29, of Naples had a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Naples Nov. 10, dismissed.

Shannon A. Farrell, 20, of Bridgton paid by waiver a fine of $200 for a minor possessing liquor in Naples Dec. 31.

Markius Galford, II, 25, of Naples was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Raymond Nov. 20, and was fined $3,560. He was found guilty on a charge of attaching false plates in Naples Nov. 20, and was fined $200. A charge of failure to register vehicle in Naples Nov. 20, 2007 was dismissed.

Jarrett Michaud, 24, of Westbrook requested a jury trial on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Naples Nov. 16.

Richard H. Page, 50, of Lawrence, Mass., was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Naples Oct. 29, and was fined $600 and had license suspended for 90 days.

David C. Phillips, 24, of Paris was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Naples Nov. 14, and was fined $750.

Dale T. Spiers, 37, of Naples was found guilty on a charge of attaching false plates in Naples Dec. 29, and was fined $200. He was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger and was fined $600 and had license suspended for 30 days. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.

Jacob W. Gilbert, 26, of Eliot was fund guilty on a charge of operating unregistered ATV in Naples on Jan. 27, 2009 and was fined $100.

James Dunning, 53, of Naples was found guilty on a charge of indecent conduct in Naples on Sept. 22, 2007 and was fined $250, restitution $12. A charge of disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise was dismissed.

Nicholas G. McConkey, 25, of Naples was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Naples on Aug. 30, 2007 and was fined $250. He was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 24 hours.

Stephen Richard, 50, of Naples was found guilty on a charge of operating unregistered snowmobile in Fryeburg on Jan. 6, 2008 and was fined $100.

New Gloucester

Michael Parsons, 58, of New Gloucester was found guilty on a charge of attaching false plates in Standish Dec. 2, and was fined $150.

Raymond

Markius Galford, II, 25, of Naples was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Raymond Nov. 20, and was fined $350.

Jesse Nadeau, 18, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Raymond Nov. 9, and was fined $250.

Michael A. Bryant, 45, of Windham had a charge of assault in Raymond on Sept. 3, 2007 dismissed.

Stacey F. Stanley, 23, of Raymond had a charge of operating after suspension in Casco on April 21, 2003 dismissed.

John Percy Cormier, 39, of Gray was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Raymond on Dec. 15, 2007 and was fined $850 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Dominic G. Pelletier, 43, of Raymond paid by waiver a fine of $100 for operating unregistered snowmobile in Raymond on Jan. 26, 2008.

Sebago

Patricia Ange, 44, of Sebago was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Standish Nov. 20, and was fined $500. She was found guilty on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and was fined $300.

Robert Belliveau, 43, of Sebago had a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Naples Aug. 16, dismissed.

Jeremy David Littlefield, 20, of Sebago was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Bridgton Oct. 19, and was fined $250.

Michael Vacchiano, 21, of Sebago requested a jury trial on charges of operating under the influence and failing to stop for officer in Sebago Nov. 11.

Paul S. Labbe was found guilty by default on a charge of operating unregistered snowmobile in Sebago on Jan. 19, 2008 and was fined $100.

Robert P. Stepaniak, Jr., 35, of Gorham had a charge of violating protective order in Sebago on Nov. 11, 2007 dismissed. He was found guilty on a charge of violating protective order in Sebago on Sept. 17, 2007 and was fined $1000. Two other charges of violating protective order in Sebago on Nov. 6, 2007 and Nov. 17, 2007 were both dismissed.

Jason Yannelli, 28, of Sebago had a charge of assault in Sebago on Sept. 30, 2006 dismissed.

Michael Parker, 42, of Sebago was found guilty on a charge of importing malt liquor or wine in Fryeburg on Dec. 22, 2007 and was fined $250, susp. $100.

Standish

Patricia Ange, 44, of Sebago was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Standish Nov. 20, and was fined $500. She was found guilty on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and was fined $300.

Melissa A. Bridges, 29, of Standish was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Standish Dec. 14, and was fined $250.

Michael D. Cardona, 26, of Westbrook had a charge of fishing without a valid license in Standish on June 16, 2006 dismissed.

Matthew D. Freedman, 34, of Standish was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Standish Dec. 15, and was fined $250.

Jason W. Hanson, 26, of Standish had following charges withdrawn – criminal threatening, criminal mischief and reckless conduct in Standish Oct. 12, 2006. He was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued, restitution $490.64.

Brian W. Merrill, 46, of Hollis was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Standish Nov. 23, and was fined $500.

Jesse Morris, 42, of Standish was found guilty on a charge of failing to attach deer tag to deer in Standish Nov. 2, and was fined $100.

Michael Parsons, 58, of New Gloucester was found guilty on a charge of attaching false plates in Standish Dec. 2, and was fined $150.

Eddie Sanders, Jr., 41, of Bethel had the following charges withdrawn – assault, criminal threatening and terrorizing. He was fined $300 on the assault charge and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 180 days, all but 20 days suspended and given probation of 2 years on all of the above charges.

Linda Walker, (no date of birth listed), of Standish had a charge of neglect of canine in Standish Dec. 8, dismissed.

Jonathan Woodman, 19, of Falmouth was found guilty on a charge of a minor possessing liquor in Standish Oct. 4, and was fined $100.

Loretta Alfiero, 44, of Standish had a charge of violating condition of release in Standish on July 27, 2007 dismissed.

David M. Close, 43, of Standish was found guilty on a charge of operating unregistered snowmobile in Standish on Jan. 27, 2008 and was fined $100.

Aaron C. Staples, 24, of Standish was found guilty on a charge of terrorizing in Standish on Dec. 28, 2006 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 120 days, all suspended and given probation of 2 years. A charge of assault was dismissed.

Windham

Jesse Nadeau, 18, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Raymond Nov. 9, and was fined $250.

Michael A. Bryant, 45, of Windham had a charge of assault in Raymond on Sept. 3, 2007 dismissed.

Joshua A. Haley, 19, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Bridgton on March 12, 2007 and was fined $250.
