The following cases were decided in Bridgton District Court Aug. 22-28.

Bridgton

Shelley Buxton, 29, Bridgton was found guilty on a charge of harassment by telephone in Bridgton June 1 and was fined $300.

Patrick J. Daley, 19, North Bridgton was found guilty by default on a charge of a minor possessing liquor in Bridgton May 18 and was fined $200.

Samantha Griffin, 28, Bridgton was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Bridgton May 25 and was fined $500 and had license suspended 90 days.

Paul T. Guiney-Messina, 19, Bridgton was found guilty on a charge of a minor possessing liquor in Bridgton July 1 and was fined $200.

Paul M. Lombardi, 19, Chappaqua, N.Y., was found guilty on a charge of a minor possessing liquor in Bridgton July 3 was fined $200.

Christopher J. Pignone, 37, Bridgton was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Bridgton June 1 and was fined $700 and had license suspended 90 days.

Diane Shaw, 32, Bridgton was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Bridgton May 20 and was fined $500.

Casco

Douglas R. Flagg, 44, Foxborough, Mass., requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence in Casco July 27.

Keith Gagne, 18, Casco was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Naples June 8 and was fined $600, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail 48 hours and had license suspended 90 days. He was also found guilty on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license-cond/restric and was fined $600.

Jeremy Lewis, 29, Casco was found guilty on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit in Raymond June 29 and was fined $500.

Peter Minick, 37, Casco was found guilty by default on a charge of possession of marijuana in Naples July 10 and was fined $350.

Naples

Trent T. Barter, 18, Naples was found guilty on a charge of transportation of drugs by a minor in Naples July 10 and was fined $200. He was also found guilty on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Naples July 10 and was fined $300.

Joseph Cleaves, 20, Naples was found guilty by default on a charge of a minor possessing liquor in Bridgton July 1 and was fined $200.

Kristin N. Everett, 24, Naples was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Casco July 17 and was fined $250.

Timothy Joseph Goumas, 39, Center Conway, N.H., had a charge of operating vehicle without a license in Naples July 20 dismissed.

Jared E. Griffin, 20, Windsor, Va., was found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana in Naples July 10 and was fined $350.

Seth F. Howe, 25, Bethel paid by waiver a fine of $100 for operating without safety equipment in Naples July 4.

Raymond

Andrew Bean, 24, Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Raymond July 18 and was fined $250.

Tanner Kopy, 18, Raymond paid by waiver a fine of $100 for fishing without a valid license in Sebago Lake June 30.

Michael R. Sleeper, 42, Portland had a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Raymond July 10 dismissed.

Sebago

Christopher L. Barnard-Thibodeau, 21, Sebago was found guilty by default on a charge of a minor possessing liquor in Bridgton June 11 and was fined $200.

Standish

Derek Lane Bean, 20, Hollis was found guilty on a charge of criminal trespass in Standish Sept. 13, 2007 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail 70 days.

Gene Carter, 50, Standish was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Standish July 17 and was fined $250.

Joanne T. Honan, 48, Standish was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Naples June 27 and was fined $850, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail 72 hours and had license suspended 90 days.

Kevin N. Thompson, 29, Bath was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Standish July 13 and was fined $250.

Steep Falls

Jami Collins, 35, Steep Falls was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Standish June 30 and was fined $500. Also found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Steep Falls June 30 and was fined $750.

Windham

Cherri Demelle, 38, Windham was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Standish Jan. 25 and was fined $250.

John D. Miller, 29, Windham was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Standish July 4 and was fined $1,000.
