Cape Elizabeth police log, Feb. 16-22



Michael Meuse, 32, for 5 Hill Way, Cape Elizabeth, was arrested Feb. 20 on Route 77 on on charges of violating conditions of release, two counts, and possession of marijuana.


Devyn Dupuis, 24, of Saco, was summonsed Feb. 22 on Sawyer Road on charges of operating after suspension and violating conditions of release.


On Feb. 16, a patrolman met with a resident of the Woodland Road area regarding damage to her vehicle from a hit and run accident, where someone drove into the front of the car sometime during the night.

On Feb. 17, a patrolman met with a resident of the Broad Cove area who turned over a found white Galaxy Note 3. The phone has a broken screen and will not turn on.

On Feb. 18, a patrolman responded to a residence in the Ocean House Road area for report of an unwanted person banging on the door. The suspect left prior to the officer’s arrival. The officer spoke with the elderly homeowner who advised that the suspect had done some work the day before at the house and was paid in full and was now trying to collect more money. I spoke with the suspect on the phone who claimed he was owed more money and he was advised to stay off the property and to pursue his claim through small claims court. He was also advised that there appeared to be some violations of the home repair fraud law. The suspect stated he would not return to the residence.

On Feb. 19, a patrolman met with a resident of the Ocean House Rd area regarding a lost or stolen iPad.

On Feb. 20, a patrolman met with a resident of the Shore Road area regarding a burglary complaint. Missing from the residence is some money, a Playstation 4 and games.
