“The Wonderful Sky”, presented by Northern Stars Planetarium at the Scarborough Public Library, 48 Gorham Road. The Planetarium is an inflatable star theater that utilizes a star projector, slides, video, special effects, and a sound system to share the wonders of the universe. This all-ages program is free, however tickets are required as space is limited for each show. Tickets can be picked up in the Youth Room at the Library. The awards were created in 2008 to recognize Scarborough families who had busy lives, and much driving of vehicles to transport kids to youth sports activities.
