Tomorrow, March 12, is the last day you can view the Yu-Gi-Oh playing card collection at the Windham Public Library. The library will be open 9:30a.m.-5 p.m. This is a great collection belonging to Kevin Walp.
Mary Bouchard and her sister, Sheila Cunningham, returned home March 7 from Florida. They left Feb. 28 and traveled to Newport Richy on the West Coast where they visited friends, Irene and Omer Roy. They also went out on the gambling boat and had a great time.
Clarence Wisecup was in Lancaster, Pa., Feb. 23rd-27. He attended a huge auction of all kinds of farm equipment. This auction is in the Amish Community and is attended by people from all over the country.
The Red Dress Dinner night of the Rebekah Lodge #71 will be held March 16 instead of March 2. This will be an open meeting and the public may attend the supper. The cost is $5 and the money raised will go to the Heart Fund.
Beulah and Wes Mason,Varney Mill Road, quietly celebrated their 12th anniversary on Feb. 28.
March is the month the following family members celebrate their birthdays: Hannah Gallagher, Bridget Gallagher, Cathy Wardwell, Shannah Gallagher, Dominic Ferrari and Jake Erickson. Their friend, Cathy McPherson, also has a birthday in March. Happy Birthday to all!!
Town Councilor Liz Wisecup finally had her cast removed on March 1. She will be going back to work part time for a while. She will be back full time in a few weeks if all goes well.
Carroll McDonald celebrated his birthday March 1. His granddaughter came for dinner. They will all go out to dinner at a later date.
