Community meal – Thursday, Oct. 24, noon, Westbrook-Warren Congregational Church, 810 Main St., Westbrook. Meat loaf. Suggested donation $5.

Annual chicken pie supper – Friday, Oct. 25, 4:30-6:30 p.m., North Yarmouth Congregational Church, 3 Gray Road, North Yarmouth. Proceeds benefit local and global community. Meat and gravy chicken pie, made from scratch, mashed potatoes, gravy, squash, cole slaw and dessert. $12, $5.50. Take out available.

Haddock dinner – Saturday, Oct. 26, 5 p.m., Living Waters Church, corner of routes 22 and 112, Buxton. Baked haddock, chop suey, spaghetti, corn chowder, beans, vegetables, salads, rolls, bread, desserts, and drinks. Suggested Donation: $8, $4; $20, family.

Bean supper – Saturday, Oct. 26, 5 p.m., First Congregational Church, Route 115, Gray. Beans, casseroles, salads, homemade breads, desserts and beverages. $8, $4. Handicapped accessible.

Harvest supper – Saturday, Oct. 26, 5-7 p.m., Bar Mills Parish House, Route 4A, Buxton. Sponsored by Dorcas Society of Hollis and Buxton. Special door prize raffle. Chili, chowders, biscuits, apple and pumpkin pie, and cider. $8, $5.

Seafood chowder dinner – Saturday, Oct. 26, 5-8 p.m., Lions clubhouse, the former Bowery Beach Schoolhouse, off Two Lights Road, Cape Elizabeth. Chowder, biscuits, corn bread, soft drinks (BYOB), dessert. Proceeds will benefit maintenance of the Schoolhouse and Lions Club charities. $10, $5; chowder to go $5.

Spooktacular supper – Saturday, Oct. 26, 5-6 p.m., Casco Village Church United Church of Christ, 941 Meadow Road (Route 121), Casco. Mission Committee’s annual Halloween supper. Dress in costume and get a treat. Ghoulish grog and bat-wing bread. $7; $4; $20 max for families with young children.

VFW meal – Wednesday, Oct. 30, 5-6:30 p.m., VFW Post 932, 50 Peary Terrace, South Portland. Home-style meatloaf, baked potatoes, veggies, rolls and dessert. $7.

Free meal – Wednesday, Oct. 23, 5306 p.m., My Place Teen Center, 755 Main St, Westbrook. Sponsored in collaboration with Wayside Food Programs and hosted by Trinity Lutheran Church and the teen center. Use Foster Street entrance; handicapped accessible.

Public supper – Saturday, Nov. 2, 5-6 p.m., West Gorham Union Church, Route 25 (three miles west of Gorham Village), Gorham. Three kinds of beans, hot dogs, chicken pie, American chop suey, casseroles, salads, homemade pies, coffee and punch. Ticket sales start at 4 p.m. $7.50, $3.

Bean supper – Saturday, Nov. 2, 5 and 6 p.m., Prides Corner Church, 235 Pride St., Westbrook. Beans, ham, macaroni and cheese, cole slaw, Italian bread, homemade pies and beverages. $8, $5.
