The Westbrook Police Department provided an update this week on two bike patrol officers that were added for the summer months. According to a Facebook post, officers Jason St. John and Brian Grasser have been “enjoying their summer.”
“They have gotten out into the community, patrolled some areas that aren’t normally easily accessible, and made connections in the community,” the post said. “They’ve also investigated a number of cases and solved many of them, to include a felony commercial burglary. The officers will be on bike patrol until after Labor Day.
“If you see them around, feel free to say hi.”
